I read this just as I was returning my loaned equipment. I had a zoom H6 and 4 sm57’s. For the video I was using an iPad mini. My challenges were the studio in which I was recording in was pretty small (10’x10′) and Windows to my ride side of the kit. any helpful suggestions would be awesome. I have a 4pc premier kit. Hats, ride, 2 crashes.

I definitely feel your pain Carlos. As drummers it’s always a struggle to find a decent amount of space to practice let alone record. What specifically about the windows was challenging? Are you referring to the sound bleeding through the windows, or the look of your video?
